If you have kids who love reading and live in Melbourne, Ballarat or Geelong, then you’ve got something to do on the morning of Sunday 10 April 2011: The Big Read!

Run by the Children’s Book Council of Australia‘s Victorian branch and the State Library of Victoria, The Big Read is a celebration of books and reading that will bring thousands of kids together to read their favourite books. What a great way to spend a Sunday morning.

Entry is just $5, and the first 3500 kids get a Big Read cap. All you need to do to participate is register here.
